The Annual Celebration of Diversity brings together university and local community members to showcase university diversity efforts and acknowledge college and individual contributions to create a campus community that is welcoming, accessible, and equitable for all.
MLK Annual Celebration
In January, campus and community leaders and members join together at events to celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Illinois Interfaith Conference
The Illinois Interfaith Conference is an opportunity for people to join together to engage in critical questions about interfaith engagement on the college campus.
National Disability Employment Awareness Month
In October, join the campus community in celebrating the month with events, trainings and education opportunities.
Co-sponsorship Support
The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Access, Civil Rights & Community is committed to supporting events and programs that foster respect and a sense of belonging for all members of our university community. Due to budget constraints, we will not be reviewing individual co-sponsorship requests for 2025–26.
